We founded DealerNinja with a goal in mind. That goal was to deliver where our competitors have failed. Instead of assuming that we knew what was best we started from scratch. We launched an enormous in house research project in which we surveyed both car dealers and their internet managers to find out what they expected from a service like ours, as well as the issues and complaints that they have experienced with our competition.

We then implemented phase two of our market research. We surveyed a vast assortment of car buyers and potential car buyers to find out exactly what they need from your website while shopping for a car online. This information has proven to be extremely valuable.

Armed with this valuable knowledge we set out to design a service package for dealerships that would exceeded all of their expectations, as well as the ability to engineer the display of information in such a way that it appeals to car buyers and promotes a buying response. The results of this research make up the very foundation of our Full Service Inventory Management solution. It has been engineered from the ground up to be highly effective in every aspect.
