These reports make it easy to monitor the progress of your internet department and can be useful for other departments of your dealership as well. For example: you can print detailed list of your current inventory to be used by your dealerships business development center to help them answer incoming calls.

  • Add Comments. We train our employees to build value into your inventory by recognizing and selecting all of the features that apply to each vehicle, but it doesn't stop there. In our admin tool you get complete control over the features that are displayed. With access to our extensive feature list, which covers everything from standard equipment to the most obscure aftermarket features, you can account for any and every attribute that a vehicle may have above and beyond what our employees have already selected for you.

  • Edit Pricing. Our admin tool makes it easy to edit the pricing that is displayed on both your dealership's website and your marketing/lead generating sites as well. With our user friendly interface you can edit asking price and web price for each vehicle. You can choose whether your customers will see only the web price or both web price and asking price where you can clearly show them that a discount has already been applied.

    Our market research indicates that customers respond strongly to the notion of having an " automatic" discount applied to the vehicles that they are shopping for online.

  • Contact Photos. Another great personal touch that you can add to your internet department is by having a contact photo associated with your personnel. This way your customers can see who they are dealing with in your internet department. Our marketing research shows that this small detail can have a big impact on helping your dealership distinguish itself from the rest, which directly translates into greater likelihood for a sale. We provide and easy tool that enables you to edit contact photos as often as you need to.

  • Window Stickers. Our admin tool has a special section for printing window stickers identical to the stickers that we provide at the time of processing your inventory. This is a very useful feature in the event that a window sticker becomes damaged or removed while during a test drive. Additionally you can provide your customers with a print out of the window sticker to the vehicle they were interested in but didn't decide to buy the first time out similar to the way you would hand a new car customer a brochure on their out to invite them to return.

  • Images. We train our employees to take a great set of pictures for every vehicle that we process. However some vehicles have more to show off than others and for those special vehicles it's a good idea to go above and beyond the standard set of images. We are fully equipped to take those pictures for you, but to make it as convenient on you as possible we provide and easy to use image upload feature in our admin tool. This enables You to shoot your own additional images and upload as many of them as you want per vehicle. There is literally no limit to the number of additional pictures that you can add to each vehicle. You can also use this feature to remove or replace images as you see fit. This is just another way that we give you complete control over your inventory.

  • Contact Info. In the car business employees tend to come and go. You absolutely should not have contact info for an internet department employee that no longer works in that department. We make editing your internet departments contact information an easy task that you can control so that in the event of a personnel change you don't have to wait for your website to be accurate again.
